Technical Readiness for ICO & Pre-Sale
1. Pharo Coin (PHAR) ICO Smart Contract
  • ERC-20 standard compliant for liquidity and exchange compatibility.
  • Deployed on Ethereum mainnet (for ICO), ensuring broad accessibility and trust.
  • Audited for security, ensuring integrity of the token offering.
2. Deben (DEB) Token Contract
  • Initial draft complete and deployed to testnet.
  • First security audit successfully completed.
3. ICO Platform & Security
Multi-Signature Cold Storage Wallet
All ICO funds will be directed to a secure, multi-signature cold storage wallet.
Custodian
An Australian Registered Company will act as the custodian, adhering to Australian Company Law.
Security Measures

Vesting Schedule
Pre-sale tokens are locked with a smart contract-enforced vesting schedule (e.g., 12 months with a 3-month cliff) to align incentives.
